Our Method

We focus on quick turnaround. The company culture focuses on a sense of urgency on our Service Requests, Work Orders and approved Enhancement Proposals. A database is used to track all service request, Work Orders, and Enhancement Proposals. Each task is followed by its' status through completion.

An Account Manager is assigned to each property. He/She is available to meet with the owners agent to walk the property on a monthly basis. The account managers are well seasoned landscapers that have very high level of communication skills- email, cell phone, faxing and personal contact on walkthroughs. The Account Managers responsibility is to make sure that the routine work meets Cleary Bros. standard and the scope of work of each property. His is also responsible to provide suggestions for property upgrades. Under his/her control is the maintenance foreman and his crew. Also at his disposal is an irrigation technician, a spray technician, and an Enhancement foreman. This provides a simple and short command structure to streamline work flow.

Instant follow up... when a task is marked complete in Cleary Bros. system an email is automatically sent to the property contact. This details the property, location of work, description of work, completion date, and any follow up notes from the foreman or account manager. There is a staffed office for any questions

Monthly summary reports are available at no cost. This is sent on the first of each month and includes a 60 day lookback.

All Enhancement Proposals are kept in our system for future reference if a project is tabled.

Long term tree care plans are put in place on most of our properties. Our inventory included a recommended pruning frequency of the large trees and an extended cost for each... Real Budgetary numbers!
