Arborist / Tree Service Manager
Description: This position is responsible for managing the Tree Service Division of Cleary Bros. Landscape. You will be essentially running a medium size tree company without the administrative headaches of a small business. There is already a strong crew and supervision in place. There are three tree service trucks and a stump grinding unit.
The goal of this position is to take an existing tree service that is known for quality work and making it a leader in the Bay Area tree service market.
Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong working knowledge of tree spp and diagnostics
- Strong communication skills both with employees and customers
- An assertive growth oriented attitude
- Able to lead and teach leadership
- A strong commitment to quality
- B2B sales experience
- Arborist Certification
Salary $55,000 to $78,000+ Commission. Puts target pay over $100k
