Here is the rundown.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing the interface between Cleary Bros. Maintenance customers, Cleary Bros. Administration and the Maintenance Foremen (and their crews) within a designated area or job list.  This position should perform with effective leadership, communication, reliability, and salesmanship.
 
Requirements:

  • High level of reliability to Customers and Company commitments
  • Development of business within a designated geographic area focusing on maintenance extras and new maintenance contracts
  • Supervise and train a team of Maintenance Foremen
  • Manage financial and hours budgets for the area
  • Maintain a positive work attitude while complying with all company policies and safety requirements
  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent team building skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Thorough understanding of Cleary Bros. standard maintenance specification and scope of extra services
  • Must have horticultural knowledge and skills
  • Must recognize quality deficiencies and gauge when a property reaches a Cleary Bros. detail level
  • Appearance and behavior must be clean and professional

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Cleary Bros. Customers expectations are exceeded in the monthly service agreement and provide ample and reasonable proactive suggestions for property enhancement
  • Manage communication quickly and effectively between Customers, Administration, and Foremen
  • Management of Maintenance Foremen and crew members
  • Ability to develop personnel within designated area
  • Establish goals and objectives for all Maintenance Foremen
  • Perform annual performance reviews of direct reports
  • Provides excellent customer service skills to all company clients
  • Adheres to Financial and hours Budgets for each property
  • Regularly review financial reports to ensure that all property’s are profitable
